Re: What's Next?

Because of the extra money plus my solicits said my documentation would have been not straightforward enough for the same day service.

But that's it though? No more paperwork or interviews? Just waiting? I'm OK with waiting.

Thanks!

LR ILR application submitted - What's Next?

Hi. I tried searching topics to answer this question, but can't find anything. I filed a SET LR (before current visa expired). My payment was taken, my biometric instructions came last week and I had that done at the Post Office. What's next? What will the Home Office do next, typically? Thanks

Re: Five Years for SET (M)?

Thanks for your prompt response.

I applied for my visa in April 2013 as well (it was approved the same month).

Until then, I was here as a visiting forces person under the SOFA agreement (in country from December 2003 to present).

Five Years for SET (M)?

I was granted limited leave to remain as spouse/partner in April 2013. This expires next month (2.5 years). I've been told I have to do this again for another 2.5 years before I can get a ILR. Therefore, if I fill out the SET (M) spouse ILR, it will not be granted because I am not eligible. This app...
