Interested on what happened to you when you went back in? I am in the exact same situation as you, and have been waiting to see if sponsorship will work out. Soon, if it does not then I am giving up but all of my stuff is in my flat with my boyfriend (not british), and I would really like my stuff ...

Thank you so much for the swift reply! I'm going to call my employer this morning, if I had 36 points under the old system we must have been turned down this month for another reason. :( thanks for the thumbs, I need all the help I can get!

Unfortunately not :( He lived in Surrey, I was in Buckinghamshire so he lived with me on weekends. I'm applying for my Tier 2 sponsorship and we planned to live together two years on that, but obviously our plan has not gone perfectly because of excess applications to Tier 2 general who are not poor...

My employer has applied for me in May, June, July, August and September...and they are only holding my job until January.

I make 24,840/year salary and have been denied every single month. I don't understand the points timetable...would I only get 24 points?
