Not sure if this has been answered already, but my wife and I are planning to go on holiday to Malaysia,

She has a pakistani passport, tried looking on internet but information is not clear, what will I need to do.

Yeah my wife got in contact with Gerry's Mirpur who said that they haven't received the passport. I think it is incompetence at Islamabad's end tbh, they really are bunch of cowboys. That's normal. You will get an official email only when Gerry's have processed the application, and they will text for collection. The premium lounge is a useless service, nobody should use it.
