Correct...since it's a EU law, I was asking in a general way..to all the countries. Every EU implements the notion of treaty rights in their own way. A general question may not get you an accurate or specific answer to your situation. Is possible, for example: He lost the job, she start to be a job...

Is possible, for example: He lost the job, she start to be a jobseeker , got a job (or not) and when he got a new job...back to be self-sufficient again ? Is such thing allowed ?

He's Brazilian and was asked "When did you left Africa ?" :? Yep ! Looks like UKBA has no records regarding his entrance in UK, so they deduced that he arrived here behind a truck trough Calais. Don't ask me for details...this is messy enough But he got his entry in a very regular way and...
