Re: GAP in 10 years

If you have a letter from University than its somehow like business related absence, as long as you have not violated the terms of residency i-e left the country for more 180 days without any compassionate circumstance, In my opinion you are good to go, just need to add covering letter and its alway...

Re: Can an ILR be revoked?

I don't think so you can be found guilty in this case, you can lose the case and might pay damages, but it's an apparent offence against you, and you want remedy, so you either won the case or she will get away with rent.

its nothing to do with criminal conviction. relax

Re: Confused about this English test requirements

BTech is not equivalent to Bachelors, but if BTech is done here in UK and the term time was longer than 1 yr than its ample for satisfying english requirement, you can always send a covering letter.

Good news, i guess some advisers on the forum are too prissy about documentation, if its not asked don't provide it, if they ask you have no option.

Re: Permanent Residency - worker status

Well the links you posted clearly suggests that you are eligible for Residency, you have worked two years after arrival, so basically you've fulfilled the accord of your entrance, as it states even if you are on JSA you can apply for residency, i think its green signal as far i've understood it. Do ...

Re: GAP in 10 years

Difficult to say, If it was a joint degree arrangement than its valid to stay out as it fulfills your VISA guarantees, But as you don't have that in written, the case worker can get perplexed as how to establish the argument you are stating as valid

Re: Shall I Declare Defaults on credit file (No CCJ)

Default is an offence, not a Crime, Crime is normally linked to Criminal Offence. Default is an Civil offence, it can only be judged depending on what other party think of it. You must declare every useful information. As non-declaration of Civil Offence could lead to a serious offence.

Re: BRP Card processing time (NTL application)

Its better to wait, I mean you should have worked out the details before sending your application, Provisional driving licence only takes 3 weeks to come, you should have made it earlier, and if you already have provisional Licence thant taking lessons is not a problem, secondly, acknowledgement let...

Better leave it blank, they will track your record anyway, but should avoid giving any info which is not pivotal to your application
