Re: BRP Returned by Home office by mistake (HELP PLS)

Well in retrospect once the case worker will open your file, he'll notice that your passport is there but no BRP, he might get in touch as they follow documents flexibility rule. As its not a blunder at your end, i guess keep record of all your communication with UKVI, and wish for the best

Date of Entry is regarded as the first time you enter UK. In my opinion you've lost the 53 days

Re: Visa expires 20 days before 5 yrs

Sorry my response has been deleted by Sushdmehta doofus

28 days grace period is from the date of VISA expiry, so you should speak to a solicitor, as you might need a VISA for 20 days

Re: BRP Returned by Home office by mistake (HELP PLS)

Hmm, I guess you need to have a word with a solicitor, BRP should't be coming back, the letter does explains why they sent the Passport back, but someone must have cocked up at UKVI side

If the income is already passing the threshold, why would anyone show incredibly high income and than later failed to pay tax, people evade tax only because the income shown is high to pay tax on. This guy Muraxa has too many friends, he really put things which doesn't make sense at-least to me

Re: ILR PEO deferred Apps - Further checks/Additional docs c

AS Bio-metrics are taken, they just need to work on the details which were missing in their opinion. They're few people who have been through this, in some cases within 3 weeks decision arrives, but in other it can take upto 6 months

Re: 10 years long residence applications

You're asking too many questions at a time which mostly relates to personal choice, Going to PEO or Postal is entirely personal decision, Only you can make this decision, as in either case you will deal with UKVI.....
Ask other questions again as you've bored me already

It varies, in some cases it comes in a weeks time, but there are several cases where acknowledgment comes with Biometric Request which on average took 2 weeks

@mansoorahmad

There are no of cases reported which have had Tax issues, but at the same time there are cases in which VISA has been granted although the applicant had shady tax record. Its still not clear why some cases are triggered the eyes of the case worker.

Re: need to travel

If you have applied for Citizenship, you should've used Post Office checking service, they normally give your passport back to you straightaway.

Travelling without Passport, well only if you want to spend Christmas behind the bars :lol: :lol:
