Re: Documents query, urgent

Thank you for all replies. That makes me less concern now. One more thing how do I contact UKVI, it’s been 13 days since my visa is granted but no documents received yet. Is it normal for them to do?

Re: Received hearing date for FLRM refusal. Need help. Pleas

A spouse visa should be exempted from the overstay and re-entry ban . But they may consider 320(11) . Thank you Vinny. I have never frustrated or breached any rule. Though my visa was in process and now in appeal, I realize I am technically an over-stayer. What is the best course of action? Ofcours...

Re: My FLRO Refused,Please please help me!

I meant to say in country appeal is better. You can make a new application within 28 days of section 3C coming to an end. Thanks Obie. I am really scared that they can detain me or arrest me. I wont be able to cope with that humiliation. But once I apply for the flrm, can they still detain me or so...

Re: My FLRO Refused,Please please help me!

I understand CR001. Sorry if I sounded rude. I am waiting to file tax return for 15-16 and vary my application from FLRO to FLRM. I earned around £8600 from my job(six months salary, not sure if I can still use it) an £10000 (from self-employed). But they refused me before that. Met a solicitor he sa...

I do understand that. I know HO does not give importance of emotions and personal circumstances but I hope you do. So I would be thankful if we do not drag that point as I just described my situation. thanks for understanding.

Re: My FLRO Refused,Please please help me!

I thought so,but I was £3600 short when checked properly. I was planning to apply on April after doing the tax return for £3600. I know I should not have waited but what can I do now to get a valid visa. I am mortified. HO has retained my passport as well. Please advise me something.

Re: Tier 4 to ILR,what about my dependent?? Help please

Thanks Vinny. I spoke to UKVI and different advisors are giving different suggestions, starting from SET(O) to FLR(O),FLR(M). I'm so confused. I think FLP(FP) is the best option but we don't have any child. I live here since 2005 and been to my country only three 3 times for a month. One more thing t...

Re: Gap between visa,Is it my fault or Home Office? Please h

The gap was in 2011. I checked the link, thank you. If I go by their policies, they have wrongfully sent my application back as my application was complete. UKBA changed their rules again on 6/4/11. So my application still comes under the Dec 2010 rules and procedures or April 2011? I'm sorry I'm aski...

Re: Gap between visa,Is it my fault or Home Office? Please h

Thank you Vinny for ur reply. We didn't have the maintainance fund,an immigration lawyer suggested to maintain £10000 again and reapply. Can I ask you few questions please: 1. Can you clarify what's page 22 thing? Is there any link I can follow. 2. In SAR,there's no days specified,it should be 70 da...

Re: Gap between visa,Is it my fault or Home Office? Please h

Thanks for replying. Yes they rejected both of the application second time. The main applicant shudnt be effected by the dependent's application,I assume. In the SAR they didn't mention any days as well, just 'valid out of time'. Regarding the photo guidance,I tried looking for it but can't find anyt...
