It is getting annoying that you keep opening a new topic with each and every question you have rather than keeping all your questions on the same application in ONE topic. See Multiple Posts (click) See below. Yes you need an appointment, it is not just a 'walk in off the street' service. You pay o...

So its £1,764 £1,164 + £600(3 years) if applied before April right?

Incorrect office address in my previous COS

Hi,
Just came to know that the post code of my office was written wrong in my previous COS. It is just the post code.
We wil be soon creating new COS for my Tier 2(general) VISA extension. Do you think it will create an issue if they see a different post code in my new COS?

kind regards
kumar

Re: Changes to salary threshold on April 2017

According to the @iworker, salary threshold is such a confusing issue right now. I read on the NSH tier 2 Employer website they have clearly mentioned it that it will only affect those who got their visa on or after 24th of November. But still not sure about that. Your company SMS user probably does not know how to do this. Best to ask them to get in touch with Emp...

Re: Time taken for Unrestricted CoS application

Hi Rayesh, Your employer needs to ring Premium Service desk on the number 01415556027. Make a priority CoS allocation and pay £200. Check with them how long does this take and I believe they will say 5 working days. You would be lucky if you get within 5 working days as it normally takes 15 to 20 d...

Re: Confused with salary on codes of practice vs Policy guid

Refer the T2 Policy Guidance again (Section 83). You will fall under this category: £25,000 or the appropriate rate for the job, whichever is the higher. In your case, £25,000 is the higher value, so your salary should be more that this. Also, please note that if you apply for your extension after ...
