You cannot apply for ILR as you don't meet the requirements of 10 years long residence yet. On what basis do you believe you qualify for FLR FP?? You would have done far better to continue with your student visa application than FLR FP. The only concern regarding Tier 4 is what if it gets rejected?...

I think proof for living together is mandatory even though you switch from one category to the other. Better attach a proof rather than leaving room for assumption.
