Hi CR

That what the doubt is, when the ad was posted it was 29,000 and the ad was done at 30,000.
20+ days after the ad posting the salary changed.

No re-doing the same means losing another month , arent we right if we did what the law was at that time ?

Thanks for ur response. Even though it changed on 29th our RLMT ad was already put on 4th Marc to be ending on 3rd Apr. So the salary changed while the ad was already on. Do we still need to redo ?

Dear Experts please help -- I am looking to change my employer under tier 2. The new employer did the RLMT ( ending in 3rd Apr ) with 30,000 as the salary. thanks for your kind response. the job advert didnt cover all thhe points mentioned by home office, so they edited it and now its ok . But is it a problem ?

Dear Experts I have managed to get another job by another employer and they advertised for RLMT. The ad wasnt upto home office guidelined so they edited it later Just wanted to ask if the home office would mind that ? can they actually check ? Dear All, a simple and quick question

If i am earning 34k ( for ex ) and work only 30hours a week, can i be still eligible given my salary would have been much more than 35k had i been working full 40/39 hours ???
