we are going for a oral hearing will that be ok I think it is best to go for oral hearing as someone mentioned its easier to explain or put forward your arguments and reasoning. Visa was refused on 18th september.

Only today have they contacted me via email and refunded the IHS.

Update.. Received a letter from MP's office stating he has met with the minister of immigration. And will contact me soon. Informing me of what will happen going forward. Weve appealed on the 25/09/15 and have still not yet received review deadline date.

I think we shall recieve the dates towards end of november. It usually takes 8weeks. Going by what ive seen off this forum.
