Re: Visa delays - Irish embassy in India

Hi HRH, I can totally understand your frustration. There are too many people in the chain to blame to for the time being we will need to face the reality. In your case, i am just wondering why you didn't think to be based in Ireland and start working here until your family joined you? Also, things w...

Re: Surrinder singh for parents - Wait for EU Referendum or

Hi,

One of my friend is waiting for his parents visa response for nearly a year now,

I reckon the delay is definitely intentional to gain time until referendum and implement tighter measures,

Re: SS route via ROI with dependent mother

Hi shpirtshqipe, Thanks for further information, just to add, having house in your name in UK cannot be a sign of strong ties with Uk as long as it is rented for lkbg term, as correctly said having registered with NHS over there claiming child benefit can go against you. With regards to residence ca...

Re: SS route via ROI with dependent mother

Hi shpirtshqipe, Not sure what you mean by cutting ties, but you will need to move your center of life to Eire. I am sure visiting UK meeting friends and family should not be showing strong ties with UK. I reckon you will need to prove center of life move to Ireland and not factors to show you have ...

Re: SS route via ROI with dependent mother

Hi shpirtshqipe,

I am expecting a decision for my parents for residence card soon and will keep u posted.

Did you travel with your mother from UK to ROU?

Theoretically nothing wrong but I have seen people accused of using British visa to enter Ireland and or going back to UK via SS.

Regards

Re: The process for withdrawing from the European Union

Hi tebee,

Thanks for the information.

We know the process if UK exit EU and will take roughly 2 years to negotiate the changes.

My question is, if Uk remains part of EU how long will it take to implement the new EU deal laws? Will the new EU laws be presented to be agreed by law in EC?

Re: UK citizen working for UK comp in NL exercise treaty rig

Hi nt16,

I travelled with my parents with a return ticket to be on safe side.

The immigration officer at Dublin didn't asked any such questions. On this one I will suggest please don't transit trough UK for Ireland as they ask unnecessary questions,

Re: Surinder Singh route and C or D visa

Hi HRH, I suggest to keep calm and wait for the response. Ireland is playing very hard to allow people in just with the fact that a SS is executed. I reckon the delay by Ireland is to wait and see what happens in referendum. I dont see any mistake happen by you as it is your right to exercise treaty...
