Re: era family permit from ireland refused, shall i appeal?

I suggest dont re-apply soon as it will show desperation. Please give it few months and try to gather as many evidences as you can.

As you know Uk had the Center of life wrapper therefore the only way forward is to proof.

I wish all the best in this process . . . .

Re: era family permit from ireland refused, shall i appeal?

Hi Dublinhope,

I reckon you will need to show a bit more to show center by staying a bit longer, getting residence card of your wife, getting store cards, joining Gym, joining charity events, joining clubs, attending religious places etc.

Hi madmills,

Have you applied EU1 based on yourself exercising treaty rights? If Yes then ideally your husband should have temporary stamp 4 with re entry visa.

Re: How to stay more than 3 months in Ireland?

Hi ciccio,

Your girlfriend needs to apply for EU1 if she needs to stay more then 3 months. For EU1 you will need to proof your relationship, as well as proof that you are exercising your treaty rights.

Re: PPS without Address

Hi michi,

You will need to show proof of address, they have recently tightened the process and they might come across harsh in the process, therefore better to be well prepared.

They will ask for the documentary proof as why PPSN is required.

They are asking you to prove your dependency on your brother in Uk. If you lived with your brother then rental agreement, any payment receipt showing money from your brother to you,

did your brother supported you financially in Uk?

Re: non-EEA Dependant Parents - Accompany or Join type visa

Hi HRH,

You can contact SOLVIt in first instance, however there is no much help offered due delays caused by Irish authorities.

Based on experience i don't see any affect on complaint lodged etc until a decision of those 7000 applications is received.
