We applied 20 Jan n haven't received any thing yet, however we applied before the end of c visit as per Garda suggestion so still within visa period, I hope this doesn't come in affect to get the aknowledgement letter,

So just to clarify, if it is agreed by EU stated died it mean this is about to be implemented? I am sure there will be quite a few people who are not too far from availing this route, just to confirm when it is anticipated to take effect,

Thats really helpful, so the actual scenario is EU national is exercising treaty rights for about a year and dependent parents will be staying with them for more or less 7 months, which i reckon is appropriate, your views on this is highly welcome, Thanks

Minimum Residency Requirement Dependent Parents

Hi, Just to confirm is there a minimum residency requirement for dependent parents to stay with EU national in EU state where EU citizen is exercising treaty rights, before moving to UK (under Surinder Singh Judgement). I am just wondering i haven't sent tax credit as didn't mentioned in the document check list, just sent pay slips and a letter from employer confirming the work hours pay location etc.

We have applied in Jan so your and ours acknowledgement should be in same time.

Just to add, we were told to apply as soon as possible I.e. The documents are ready and we did apply straight away for EU1.
