Re: EU1, SELF EMPLOYED, CALL FROM INIS before 5 year respons

Hi Griffith,

What are your thoughts about uk employer having office in Ireland. There is a dual country tax treaty. The PPS no of the employee is related to NI hence would inis be able to confirm that way?

PPS for dependent parents

Hi,

We are struggling to get psp for our dependent parents. We have been told PPS is not required for their EU1 application therefore we have sent application without PPS no.

Do we need their PPS while in Ireland or during SS route if we wish to go back to our home country. Thanks

Re: Eu treaty rights

Hi Dublin786, I have tried to answer your queries as best as possible: 1- will poor immigration history in UK and Ireland have any bad impact on the " application for family member of EU national" in Ireland? As long as you have disclosed previous immigration history in UK during C Visit a...

Re: Need Advice to Sponsor Parents on Permanent Basis

Hi roddy 1984, You will need to exercise your treaty rights in any other country other than your own country. You will need to work, self employer or self sufficient in order to full fill the criteria. I suggest reading the articles regarding EU treaty rights, https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s...

Hi,

Just to confirm, when sending additional document in regards to EU1 application how to refer them to your application.

Is there any thing additional to name and date of birth to mention in covering letter?

Re: I need Advice and HELP

Hi,

As you have got your six month stamp based on married. You will need to proof your relationship for any future extensions. Alternatively you will need to see if you can switch your visa to work permit within country.

I am sure the gurus will throw more light in this matter.

Hi Griffith,

Did you get acknowledgement letter in 1 month applying EU1?

Do you mind telling us what category EU1 was applied, dependent spouse or any other family member? Thanks

Hi Wannago,

Since you are British therefore you can claim your child benefit.

Make sure it is only claimed in one country.

Re: Dependant parents proof

Inmost cases financial dependency is proved by money transfer from EU citizen to Non EU (parents, extended family etc ...)

I personally reckon you will struggle if you don't show a clear transfer between you and your mother, however experienced people advice is needed here,

Re: Relocating to Ireland

Hi Cheloz, Following Steps might help: 1) on arrival at Ireland airport its immigration discretion to give 30 or 90 days stamp. 2)Once in Ireland apply for EU1 before the allowed time expires. For EU1 you need utility bills and preferably PRTB, please refer to EU1 leaflet on inis website. 3)Nowadays...

Re: non-EEA Dependant Parents - Accompany or Join type visa

My father in-law recently applied for Short Visit visa (Type C) as family member of EU citizen. Technically, documents showing/confirming relationship should be enough. That may be correct for spouse or children under the age of 21, but it is certainly not the case for dependent parents. For depend...
