SO does that mean they dont have to wait for one year after ILR, and my wife has done Life in UK and english language testing The one year wait is for naturalisation, but that does not apply if one's spouse is a British citizen. Dear FOrum members and MODS,
I have a question please
My situation is like this,
I have British citizenship ( I naturalized after Tier 2 and 1 yr ILR), my wife is ILR from March 2018, and 9 year old child has ILR with her, they came to UK on march 2013, when can they apply for british citizenship??

WIfe Tier 2 dependent and I am now british citizen

my wife and my kid are my dependents. They came in 2013. Their present tier2 dependent visa will expire in July 2017.

I started as tier 2 worker and acquired British citizenship through 5 +1 ILR route recently.

How do I pursue settlement for my wife and kid, any help will be appreciated

You can use fast track for a child passport. It takes about 1 week. You cannot use same day service for first passport. There is a 90 day grace period in which the Indian passport can be used without incurring penalties. The 90 days is counted from the date on the childs Registration Certificate. M...

So further to this, Doctor who saw him has filled up refree 1, she is greek though I hope that is okay, second one is also there with British passport

Also you said that By the time my PBS dependents become eligible for ILR, I would be able to apply for British citizenship. they would be eligible for british citizenship with out waiting for 1 year
