you should pay 200 as well on the save side and send employer leter too ... if they are not agree with the employer letter then they will reject your application as invalid .... in the safe side you have to pay 200 and send employer letter as well ..,, if the accept the emplyer's letter then the 200...

send the cover letter with the documents and higlight any error or ommisions in the cover later

noo the degree shoud be based on your previous tire 4 visa ... means you should be given the tire 4 visa for the complition of the degree
