Hi, Many thanks for the guidance earlier, just wanted to double check, in the ILR application for this question: When did you first enter the UK? (Required) This is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on started. Should I put 19/12/2016 - Date when fir...

Re: Dependent ILR qualifying period gap

Thanks for the prompt reply and clarification on the qualifying period starting from the visa issue date, and not the entry date. That marks her 5 years at 19/12/2021. Re: ILR Set (O) Applicaiton and baby arrival

Hi, so just to update received my ILR Success Confirmation email today. Relieved and happy! Baby hasn't been born yet, seems like the little one was waiting until this happened. So I suppose that means that now that I have the settled status even though I don't have a BRP card, the baby would be a B...

Re: ILR Set (O) Applicaiton and baby arrival

Thanks for the reply. I wrote a support letter with the application request the HO if they can make a quicker decision under these circumstances, as I otherwise would've applied using the priority service.
Fingers crossed lets see what happens.
