what do i do when applying for flr fp . the form say u have to be in on 10 year .. i havmt completed 10 years ..
how do i vary my flr fp if i reach my ilr qualifying period ,since i would then need to apply for set(lr).

I am not too sure arif bro, but i reckon it'll be alright. i dont thibk its your mistake as long as you have submitted everything on time you could chsllenge them, worst come you may aply for ilr and see how it goes, medical grounds of your child should be considered by ukvi . i do know that you were refused without appeal right, but have u spoken to your solicitor since ?. what did he tell you to do . hi riz,
I am in the same boat as you, visa expiring in april 2016 need till july 2016 ( which is 28 days before)
thr suggestion is to go for flr fp, Allah knows if thats gonna be threre still considering the way they are changing things..
do get in touch coz it'll be better to share info...

well waseem i would say just delay ur biomrtrics u can skip them twice which will earn you some time. be sure you can also apply after giving ur biometrics another flr fp which is a pain wlbut i dont know how but u will be redunded ur 649+500 nhs. but u have to pay again befote the refjnd the same a...
