Anybody had processed email on around 14/10/2015 had official email for collection as I have not had any official confirmation as yet

Any of the processed applications received ihs refund in bank and had no official email or have not received their passport or documents back yet

Application processed email received on14/10/2015 no official email received for passport collection or documents received anybody in similar situation

Update they said they have made decision and have not had email for collection not received yet

Can anyone tell me when do you get a refund for ihs is it when you get passport or its before you get your passport when you are refused I have received refund in bank account but have not received any official email or passport or documents back yet
