Re: Sponsor licence suspended: How likly it will be revoked?

our company received a letter form UKBA, listing all the non-conformances. the major ones are: 1. we failed to report to UKBA when a visa holder left the country 3 years ago 2. we failed to issue a new visa to a colleague holding tier2 visa when promoted inside the company. (this looks pretty serio...

Re: Tier-2 Employer license might get revoked

Hi devanasrikanth, I am sorry to hear that but the normal practice is that they suspend the licence first and give u 21 working days to submit your reply. Re: ILR due - Tier2 license has been suspended (not revoked)

Dear Rambo, Actually our T2 sponsor licence was due for renewal on 29th Oct 2015 and my gut feeling is that they purposely came prior to the deadline. They stayed for good 6-7 hours interviewed a couple of my colleagues, questioned about business & organisational structure. They replied back aft...

Re: ILR due - Tier2 license has been suspended (not revoked)

Hi Anish, I am kind of sailing in the same boat. My ilr is due in July 2016 on 10 years route. However, my T2 extension is due in May 2016. Unfortunately my company got suspended last week & they have given us 28 days to file the reply. Anish, as far as I know if u proceed with your ilr applicat...

Re: 4 months short to complete 10 years long residency.

Hi Hassan, I'm also in a similar situation, my ilr is due in 3 months time. I currently hold Tier 2.

I am intending to file FLR FP ...

As for consecutive applications, I guess you have the legal right to file any application within 28 days after the decision.

Re: FLR (FP) been refused with no Appeal right & leave UK no

Hello everyone, I am new to this and hoping if someone can reply to my query. Can someone please confirm if the HO gives right of appeal on FLR FP application after 06-Apr-2015 ? I have come across some cases where some applicants get the right of appeal and some dont. Does it vary from caseworker t...
