Thanks a lot for a prompt response, I thought this was the case. The job is with the same employer and same SOC code but there are insisting that a RLMT is required. Is there any sponsor guidance document from the UKVI that highlights this so I can prove it to them.
I am looking to change jobs with my current employer , the old and new jobs are in the same SOC and salary so I am a aware of the fact that the employer will need to notify UKVI of my new job title. But is an RLMT required ?
