From page 8 of PBS dependant application form,

For your application to be valid, it is mandatory to provide the following photographs:
- Two recent identical passport-size photographs of yourself with your full name written on the back of each one.

I can see the below on first page.

"In accordance with paragraph 34 of the Immigration Rules, this form is
specified for applications made on or after the 31 March 2009."

I asked VFS guys about filling the form using electronic type writer. I was told that anything would do. I guess you can type it.

However I filled the form manually with black pen and got EC.

Hi push_hsmp,

Yes, VFS guys specifically asked for 3 years ITR.

I have not submitted any proof of age as I have not claimed points for age. I think the same documents should be submitted for age proof which were submitted during the initial hsmp application.

In my visa stamp, number of dependants mentioned as zero though I have applied for dependants and visas stamped on their passports. Is this common?

I got visa for 2 years. My EC time line, applied on 23-May-07 at VFS Pune received passports back on 08-Jun-07 from Mumbai I have applied for dependants (spouse and child) too. Thank you all for your valuable contribution to the forum. no idea whether they have verified my employer and university.

The fee has been changed to Rs.17000 from 4th June onwards. This is same for dependants too.
