Just my Opinion

I think this is one of the loopholes in the Claim for Asylum Seekers in the UK. People could easily make up their story. Is not that everybody could use this as a ground to claim asylum seeker pending further investigation ? There is a huge incentive of doing that, as you have nothing to loose but p...

Better to target Illogal Immigrant rather than T1

The UK Government should be targeting this people rather than Tier 1 applicants. The reason is simply this will allow a more competitive labour market. As we know that majority of immigrants come from EU countries, so by allowing T1 to compete with them, only the best people for the country will get...

UKBA know very well that there are a number of bogus companies in the UK which do not have vacancies at all but able to sponspr WP in exchange for cash. Hopeful your friend do not belongs to this categories. It is highly unfair in case they could be granted ILR after deception, in the meanwhile hone...

Re: will l be granted resident permit in the UK

How could they get visitor VISA if they were not allowed to return to their home country? In any application form for visitor VISA you have to have permission to return home in order to be granted a visitor VISA, otherwise you would not get it. The applicants declared it and signed it, are not they....

Hi Rudgbet Please inform the forum how did you loose your nationality by overstaying 1 year. While other people could overstay for 15 years without loosing their nationality. I believe your story will be very very interesting and could become a breakthrough to other people who want to make up a stor...

Venere.com, in the past there is no cancellation fee if you cancel it 2 days prior to your arrival date. A lot of people use it to book 5 stars hotel for 2-4 weeks in the past to con UKBA to look like yuppie. It is only a very naive and an uninformed person is going to believe the hotel booking as p...

Re: hotel booking for acco proof-- anyone?

Nowadays, It is only a very naive and uninformed people will believe the hotel booking as evidence of accomodation. Where is the point to have this evidence if you could easily book and later cancel it and you have nothing to loose. I do not know wether the UKBA is still in this category, bit I know...

Re: overstayer at the airport

Honesty is the best police. If you watched TV program "airlines" last week, you would see that a person was caught and arrested using the fake British passport. He got 4 months in imprisonment and then deported. In the early days, people might still escape if using "real" stolen...

This is good news, to revoke the ILR if it was acquired by deception. These people just put a bad name to the honest people, who go into the procedure. IMHO, these kinds of people should be punished by the community and we should not put sympathy on them. If you know someone got their documents by d...

This is not true. They are also interested in knowing that U earn your salary not by deception/breaking any law. That is why they want you to submit a lot of evindence.
