I booked a premium appointment at Croydon. The application was approved on the same day and the BRP will be despatched within 3 to 10 working days, or so I was told. On working day 6 now, and still waiting for the card.
Will post an update as soon as card is received. Nail biting stuff. Meant to start a new job on 16th but new employer has clearly stated that I won't be allowed to start until I can present my BRP. Fingers crossed.
I've just called DX too, nothing on the system for me. Just a guess, I wonder if last week being half term has slowed things down at the Home Office with staff taking time off to be home with their kids.
Any news on your BRP card? I was in Croydon Home Office for the premium service, NTL application on 28 Oct 2015. Still waiting for card - 5th working day today.
