Did you use a Agent to assist to with the your Migration Proccess, if you did he will explain you everything. You might be filling up a Visa Application Form Depending on the Sub Class of your application. All that only if you have a Positive TRA outcome.

If you are in a student in australia, there are other visa options you can take or find out if you can claim the bonus points. You did not mention your Course details and where abouts are you studying.

You should try the RPL way with total exp. required is 8 years and if you have atleast 1 yr exp. in some of the specialisations that you mentioned. Modl Points should not be a problem for you.

You need atleast 12 months of paid experience, and you will also have to pass the assessment, where you should be able to match alteast 9 out of the 12 subject from the qualifications you have obtained to be able to compare your degrees comparable to Australian Accounting Standards.

We did got some MSCE pros assessed positively, it will be recognised as an AQF DIPLOMA, so you will need atleast 6 yrs of work exp. experience aswell.

I don't know much about the other countries, but Australian Citizenship in 3 years should not be of much concern as PR is as good as Citizenship just that you don't have to vote as a PR. I know ppl who have lived more then 5 years on PR and continue to do so with out any problems.

Unfortunatly the Church cannot help you with an Accountant Assessment. If your application is under a General Skilled Migration. You need to be atleast a Bachlors Degree holder from a recognised University and have atleast 9 subjects matching to get a positive Assesment.
