I called the embassy yesterday. My FBR certificate is not in China yet. It is still either in Dublin awaiting postage or already on the way. I should know more on Thursday afternoon, as I now know that they only receive mail from Dublin, via some form of diplomatic courier system, once a week. Last...

Sent FBR paperwork for my sons from US to Dublin and received email that it was received on June 14, 2018. Phoned today, and was told that it was still in the queue for review. UGH.
