Hi Simon, many thanks for your response. We are aware of this route and it is the possibly the best possible way to get EEA(FM) and get the residence card. Hi Adam, as far as I understand, if your wife is BC then you may apply as her dependent immediately. Otherwise you may need to wait till 10/2016. I hope someone else on the forum will have better awareness on this.
