Re: Issues with spouse application

I don't think that there is need to write especially the name of your wife on letter by agency giving permission but as casa said that they can write that as long as she has valid visa can live there. And if you are on non-salaried wages then definitely employer can't write annual gross wages rather...

Re: Bank Statements (Spouse Visa) - Natwest: Help please!

Bank balance certificate letter isn't a clarification/confirmation letter because any customer can claim from its bank which is issued on the spot. Apart of that transaction lists dating back to 28 days usually every bank give. Usually official bank statement a lot banks hesitate but trasaction list...

Re: Bank Statements (Spouse Visa) - Natwest: Help please!

Regardless of strict/stubborn banker but transactions list is able to get. Transactions list on bank letterheads along with balance certiificate letter attached at top is definitely acceptable. Transactions list and balance certificate letter at least any bank can give even if they refuse to give of...

Re: Spouse visa financial Category after employer was acquir

If you are working from March 2016 with present employer and applying now then you are well above 6 months and come under category A. In this case in my opinion you shouldn't get puzzled to caseworker by giving more historic irrelevant information. In my opinion just be exact and Pacific by supplyin...

Re: Salary& over time on the same payslip

If gross wages varies then it's non salaried and if your employment is with present employer is 6/6+ months then it's category A non salaried. Others members correct it if wrong.

Re: Spouse visa financial Category after employer was acquir

It's called tupe transfer when one project taken over/acquired by new company which is an acceptable practice but home office won't care about it because nothing guidance over this issue is available. Which means that even the current job is being transferred from previous employer still the applica...

In pakstan she won't get any penny from your property home/land unless your both families agreed some HAQ meher amount which is in compensation of divorce about which i have no knowledge at all. Re: payslip missing overtime, HR giving letter to coverup "/

Case workers are like babies who puzzled so quick. Better to advise HR department to pay you your due overtime in next month wages slip, by this way you will get proper payslip and it's proper reflection in bank statement. If the pay is variable the OP obviously doesn't want a month in the 6 month ...

Re: Spouse Visa and Separation/Divorce

It usually happens when a person gets liberty from tight family set up. I will suggest you to verbally tell her the consequences what could affect her before doing anything practically. Report that issue to back home families too including her relatives here and if nothing works then as cr001 said t...

Re: Salary& over time on the same payslip

I think HO don't care about overtime but more concerned about gross wages. If the total of gross wages including salary + overtime remain same then it will be salaried otherwise if fluctuate then non-salaried.

Re: accommodation requirements

There's no way cost of travel is covered (I work for local government). A lot of people do what they have to do when it comes to employment. It can take me the same amount of time to get home on the other side of London as it can to get to Birmingham on a high speed train. Despite the speedy trains...

It is a lot but I work with people in London that commute daily from Birmingham. If it's explained guess that's all you can do... In that case the visa officer may contrast the title of job & salary against Birmingham to London travel cost. I think such huge travel on daily basis may be paid by...

Too much distance from house to work may trigger the suspicion of visa officer over the authenticity & genuiness of accomodation arrangements.
