I am not expert but read the other expert members in other threads under your situation is that you should also need original landlord letter permitting your partner stay there and if you share with others then inspection report too.

Re: Double room in shared home to meet accomodation requirem

You are right that landlord has to perform passport check of tenants but a tenant in property cannot perform that passport check on other tenants. So if a tenant is sponsoring his partner then can't he leave passport numbers of other tenants on the basis of data protection/individual secrecy etc.

Re: Double room in shared home to meet accomodation requirem

Why giving passport numbers of other tenants in sharing accomodation is mandatory when they are not comfortable in giving. Isn't any escape of this if all other required documents like landlord permission letter, house inspection report, proof of address are attached.

Re: Immigration for my husband

Thank you very much. It varies. For past 6 months before tax: 1170.79 1676.52 935.25 2168.06 2209.96 2092.19 Regards, Bala As you are not salaried so lowest wage won't taken rather average of those 6 months will be taken like: 1170.79+1676.52+935.25+2168.06+2209.96+2092.19= 10252.77/6×12= 20505.54

Re: Spouse via, Appendix 2

I think you have been perfectly answered by seniors already. Until getting decree absolute you are still considered married so if you married before getting decree absolute then your most recent marriage (3rd) won't be legally recognized.

Re: Urgent!! London tottenham court road barclays bank stamp

After getting the koisk machine print out you should go to counter to get it stamped to make it fully official. Barclays kiosk machine goes back a lot of months to get the desired amount of time bank statement but you should get it stamped.

Re: Child without a known biological father-Settlement visa

Had you made police report on that time and what efforts were made to search that rapists and is the case still open? I don't think home office will believe that if in your previous applications have not mentioned about that child and your circumstances and diseases in previous applications.

Re: 1800 £ IHS for Spouse visa ??

I think they invest further the overpayments to earn interests/profits and that's why have heavily delayed refund system. 90 days of refund is too late, it's unfair.
