Re: Guidance/Help Needed for a Ex-Tier4 Student

If your girl friend was EU national instead British then I think you could get EU residence permit without marrying on unmarried partner basis if you prove that relationship. But unfortunately I don't think in case of British national is there any unmarried partner route. I personally think better t...

Re: IHS confirmation and Biometric receipt

Thanks for your replies. So you mean that online form is called vaf4a which need to fill for paying fee and booking appointment and the same need to take to biometrics enrolment centre and appendix 2 can be filled by hand and not need for biometric enrolment purpose. Is it correct?

But whether bringing online printed form is mandatory to take to biometrics appointment when the receipt of fee payment is available? If its mandatory to take then can incomplete online printed form be acceptable while biometrics appointment?

Re: Spouse Visa refused 3 times **help**

Except refusal #4 all other discrepancies are very minor because if there a lot of workers work for that organization and someone call to the HR department of that organization then the HR staff can never be able to give 100% correct data about a particular work because a lot zero hour workers work ...

Re: Visa fee and NHS charges .... UKVI system is over chargi

They must be challenged and stopped not to follow its assumed exchange rate which is too higher which I believe they doing that deliberately because they know that people for being their families will definitely pay that. OANDA currency converter is ukba and home office and uk visa authorities recom...

Re: Spouse Visa refused 3 times **help**

If the last 6 months officially issued/certified payslips with 6 months bank statement confirming wages amount is attached then I don't think ECO will contact sponsor's employee. I think ECO only contact such employers about which they can't properly find out on internet or suspicious payslips attac...

Re: Visa fee and NHS charges .... UKVI system is over chargi

But visa authorities don't use OANDA website currency converter which is the recommended one by ukba/home office to calculate foreign currencies. Exchange rates on OANDA currency converter are normal then why they use anonymous higher exchange rate sources when applicant paying by uk debit card??? h...

It's too much excessive charges then original because of exchange rate
Can the fee paid by direct transfer to bank/postal order/ any other more than debit card to avoid extra exchange rate charges.

Re: Spouse visa supporting documents list

Sorry to interrupt but it's relevant. If a sponsor not want to submitt original British passport of 48 pages then should all 48 pages be notarised? And should it be notarized / certified because post office can cheaply certify but not notarize? Please clear this confusing query.

Re: Salary calculation for 0/h work contract.

I think ILR1980 has explained you already very well. How an employer can pay & issue payslips earlier than the pay day and if he do then it could make the matter suspicious. I think you should wait July and then in August you will have payslips from February to July.

Yes if you don't have utility bills. Do you have a written rental agreement? You'll also need a letter from the landlord agreeing to your spouse living there. So on this scenario the tenancy agreement, letter from landlord permitting the foreign partner to live and estate agency inspection report w...
