Re: Fluctuations in cash savings

Thanks for reply. Yes the savings are in three current accounts and if accumulated then I believe it can even jump the required threshold deficit by using the formula of (saving - £16000/2.5) but the real confusion is that the balance fluctuate everyday due to spending but not much fluctuate then in...

Re: Return BRP after Citizenship Ceremony within 5 days

I have said many times even again saying that if some one used pre January form and got approval on that form and is neither given in writing by HO nor in writing by council then this penalty cannot be enforceable rather the non-pilot scheme users should impose penalty on HO that why they are unoffi...

Re: I will not return my BRP within 5 Days.

It's HO laziness that they don't change their approval letter templates by adding this information. Although it's rule now but due to HO laziness it will not be enforceable so easy. If HO not tell in writing to those applied before January version of form and council not say in writing then how can ...

Re: I will not return my BRP within 5 Days.

How about if someone return BRP via free post envelope which has no record and if the post lost then how and who is blamed for and whether in this case the BRP holder still be penalized with £1000. Does using recorded delivery is wise and whether the BRP holder will be so generous to return its BRP ...

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Pro

This pilot scheme is a prime example that HO is much capable of processing applications quickly but looks like they are intentionally delaying the outcome of the normal applications in order to frustrate them. This so called pilot scheme is charging the same standard fee for nationality application...

What is the mystery behind faster process of pilot scheme us

Hi all, For the last 1-2 months we all are observing that all those applicants who applied jointly (naturalization + passport) application are getting unofficially priority treatment. The word unofficially is a correct word to be used here because any act/process without official guidelines is indee...

That's why you got quick decision. Because giving unofficially the priority treatment to pilot scheme users which is such a shame on them as they cheating other ones already in queue.

Re: Return BRP after Citizenship Ceremony within 5 days

Unless receiving in official writing nobody can enforce anything on anyone. It's ho/council duty to send that instructions along with approval letter to applicants because surfing internet to find new regulation is voluntary. And yes for new January applicants it will be different because that new r...

Few of mine familiar ones too used Wandsworth who were given the pilot scheme option but they didn't use but it was before when no one of us knows that HO will unofficially process faster the pilot scheme users than others. As there is no guidance and it won't last long because everyone will start u...

That's not good news :( :(
If someone after ceremony has to travel then as per link need to apply right of abode certificate which consume 6 months and cannot use brp for travel :(
Is it strictly enforceable or even on getting passport it can be sent, is there such leniency??

Oh :( :(
As she not changed her address since application time November 2015 so definitely its HO mistake who possibly follow her previous address from address history section located on the form? I think she can get replacement biometric letter by calling them.
