Re: Applying Naturalization and Passport at same time

It's all self made superstition that naturalization & passport application together make the process more quickly because ukba, council where ceremony takes and passport office all three are different entities although they are interconnected. Even I will not suggest new pilot scheme because it...

Re: Applying Naturalization and Passport at same time

The joint citizenship and passport applicants seem to be getting their approvals very quickly. Yes, they do appear be, based on the latest timeline updates on the forum. The first one in the November timeline appears to have only taken a month from the time biometrics were submitted. Will be intere...

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Pro

I emailed same query to one of ncs council who given that reply: Dear ............... Thank you for your email. You're supposed to call your local council to book within 21 days, but you need to actually do the ceremony within 3 months. If you take longer than 21 days to contact your authority, noth...

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Pro

@fielddrive Me too not seen any official literature where 21 days deadline to book the ceremony is written rather everywhere its mentioned that it's compulsory to attend ceremony within 90 days. Even chapter 6 section 6.11.22 does not state anywhere the 21 days rather only mention 90 days and yes my...

Re: NCS appointment 1 year after ILR

Simple formula is that whatever date you got ILR is actually included in those 12 months calculation. For example if you got ILR on 11/01/2015 then while counting 12 months 11 January will be included and then eventually you will reach next year 10th January finally when 12 months complete. So any d...

Re: NCS appointment 1 year after ILR

It is a very easy perhaps mathematics question. If you received ILR on 11/01/2015 then you will complete the required 12 months on 10/01/2016. And on 11/01/2016 it will be 12 months + 1 day which is absolutely fine.

Sorry I didn't get you. In above situation what should I do:
1. Put new address at Q#1.16 & old address on payment slip?
Or
2. Put new address at Q1.16 & new address at payment slip?

Does old/new address matter when ukba is deducting fee??
