Re: Appendix 1 VAF or Appendix 2 VAF?

I think you are referring to online application form as appendix 1 VAF which also need to send along with appendix 2.

Re: Satisfying possible future applications

This is the best forum to ask queries and share experiences by deleting the personal information. A lot of members have better knowledge than solicitors. I also guess that a lot of solicitors even prepare cases from members replies & experiences :P :P :D

Re: Spouse Visa - Proof of Relationship

I don't think it should be important to translate the chat records to prove subsisting relationship. More likely an Urdu understanding caseworker can also exist there or be referred to. I also think caseworker dont care as what chat exchanged and it's meaning.

Re: Combing salaried and non salaried income ( CAT A )

I am neither an expert nor practically tested it but as per official guideline I think you maybe fit under category B if have previously earned £18600 in the last 12 months. Because in guideline I haven't seen any example of combining salaried+non salaried. But in my another point of view if your sa...

Re: Combing salaried and non salaried income ( CAT A )

I think in this situation the category B non salaried maybe appropriate where you have to fulfill in two ways. First you have had earned £18600 in the last 12 months and secondly your income level during the last 6 months should meet annual income level by using formula (total of all 6 months wages/...

Re: Biometrics after online application

Its strange that your biometrics date is after the 5 weeks of online submitted application. Because as per guidance the documents shouldn't be older than 28 days from date of application means your documents will get older. It's really a confusion in official guideline that whether the 28 days older...

Re: Spouse Visa: Bank statement, 28 days rule

I will still repeat same that documents need to be within 28 days of the application submission as per official guideline which applies to all countries but do you know that application without biometrics will still be incompleted and only be completed after biometrics.

Although in market there are a lot of family businesses but when it comes to spouse visa then HO had to conduct a deep examination about the genuineness of such business.

Re: Spouse Visa: Bank statement, 28 days rule

If you have already paid the fee and lodged the application then yes you can send them additional fresh bank statement and also there is no harm to send doctor/GP letter explaining your sickness which prevented you to attend biometrics along with a precise covering letter.

Re: Redundancy and financial requirement for Spouse Visa

I personally think that if you had met the financial requirement by attaching the correct documents within their valid time until the application submission then you will be fine. But if you will have to reapply Illuckily in future only then you might encounter difficulties.

How had you sent the bank statements to sheifflied before attending biometrics? Usually after biometrics then documents are being sent to sheifflied.

Re: PLEASE HELP CASH SAVINGS

Usually a payslip gets prepared in advance than the actual payment of wages into bank account but it does state the period (month/week/weeks) for which it relates. It's also a usual practice that each company has it's own fixed pay date and the all shouldn't cause any issue and should be known to ca...

Re: Rental Income

I think the concept of mortgage rental income is similar to loan money or third party support which HO prohibits to use in meeting financial requirements. It is what made me confused but it seems that mortgage is not an issue as one of the evidences that HO accepts is Mortgage statement to show the...

The thing is my employment is actually salaried, I dunno why it's been variable, so should it still be Cat...

Re: Submit 6 months playslip for non salaried employment

As the form don't have separate non salaried annual income section/box so I think you have to use the same formula (6months wages total/6×12) to get annual income and the same write there.

Re: spouse visa from bangladesh

If the degree has been obtained outside of UK then HO approved English test like ielts skills for life from approved centre will be required or NARIC comparability certificate will be required. In both cases the fee is almost same so better and quickest is to pass English test.
