Re: spouse visa - two jobs

I think if the both jobs held at least from the last 6 months and wages varying each month then you may qualify under category A non salaried where the average of previous 6 months wages will be taken to calculate annual wages.

Re: Spouse Visa - VAF4A appendix 2 questions

In order to get the answer you should read the guidance notes at the end of form. Regarding your wages are concerned then safer option will be to rely on category A non-salaried where the aggregation of last 6 months average wages is being used to calculate the annual wages. Otherwise if you claimed...

Re: Spouse Visa - Pakistan

Your as sponsor details should starts from section 7 but section 1 is for applicant. It can cause major trouble in later stages so should be fixed earlierly. If you can't correct it online then I think you can write covering letter plus indicate same on form at additional information space plus duri...

Re: Address for Spouse Visa application

In most cases studio flats are located inside/around the major property like 3/5 bedroom house. In pursuit of more rent the landlords distribute the home into different apartments/ensuite rooms/studio flats. But the main address and post code remains same for all. In case of slightly bigger flat suc...

Re: Refugee Divorce, UK

Although Google search may give you reply but I think exact answer you can take from the letter which HO usually sends while granting the visa mentioning terms & conditions/restrictions etc.

Re: VAF 4A form urgent queries

Its always best to ask query in open forum instead private pm in order to receive mistake free advice. One member may lack somewhere while other member may be well equipped over advising in such area, another member brings his own personal experience and so on.

Re: VAF 4A form urgent queries

Make sure that type of ielts test and test centre is on HO list and in addition of tenancy agreement & letter from agency also attach house inspection report (if you are not living alone in property). And I think in addition of stamped pages preferably try to attach all certified passports pages...

Thanks. I do not think you are correct about this. UKVI IELTS Academic is accepted. Normal IELTS Academic or General are not accepted. Will appreciate advise or experience from other people, if possible as well please. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/guidance-on-applying-for-uk-visa-appr...

Re: English (UKVI IELTS) - send original certifiate or coy?

Another anstonishing fact for you will be that IELTS academic will not be accepted for spouse visa as it's not on HO list even though it's of high level. IELTS SKILLS for life is on their list which need to be done from their approved centres. I guess your naric strategy maybe fine but not 100% sure...

Re: Can I switch job while wife is waiting for spouse visa?

If your target is to keep straight your spouse visa application and to get it then preferably stay with present employer because change of job will change the route of financial requirement maybe from A to B. But if your new job will give visibly higher wages than present one and you have no rush fo...
