The website is getting too slow to load from last few days. Is it a server error?

Re: Online printed vs Posted statements/bills

Preferably call them and ask them the paper version of old bills which I guess should be possible against a nominal fee.

Re: Category D Cash Savings - Bank Statement Dates

In either situation the application shouldn't be refused and if in case of any doubt about funds then HO should contact the bank. But although the documents shouldn't be older than 28 days but it's always wise to attach the documents which are as much closes as they can to the date of application.

Re: Category D Cash Savings - Bank Statement Dates

Your observation is correct that on one hand the guidance is saying to attach the documents not older than 28 days while on other hand the savings must be held for the last 6 months from the time of application. I think easiest solution might be to attach a bank balance certificate which every bank ...

UK English divorce status on Islamic nikkah nama

Just to help someone who was married in UK under English system but subsequently divorced here but now marrying under Islamic marriage in pakistan. So should the UK English divorce status be mentioned on Islamic nikkah nama or not as English marriage/divorce has no value there.

Re: Spouse visa Rental income outside uk

Maybe to confirm the authenticity of such income in relation of meeting the spouse visa's financial threshold the HO ask the evidence that whether the income is being declared to the tax authorities there like in UK to HMRC.

Re: Drug Testing for Spouse Visa?

There is only TB test for sponsor's partners from some certain countries. Drugs & alcohol test usually randomly carry out at some sensitive work places as part of health & safety measure which is not yet required for spouse visa.

Re: fortnightly pay how many payslips required for spouse vi

Caseworker childish brain can be confused so you have to convert into 6 months. If in year there are 52 weeks so in half year 26 weeks but fortnightly it will be 13 weeks. But for safe side try to attach a bit longer one. But most especially the calculations should be made and shown in covering lett...

Re: Tenancy aggreement

As per guidance the documents should not be older than 28 days from date of application. And tenancy agreement I believe must be valid for further 6 months at least.

Re: Need Advice Payslip and Bank statement Spouse visa

Your worry is valid as caseworker childish brain very quickly be confused. But best act will be to ask employer a letter clarifying it then write a cover letter to explain it there and also no harm to mention same in application where additional info need. I believe you will fall under category A sa...

Re: A1 English language exemption-UK BSc and MA as overstaye

HO loves the weak points especially relating to past of applicants. So showing wrong circumstances for home student fee will never be overlooked and more likely linked to future application. They don't care any innocence in such matters.

Re: Job suggestion for Alevel pass Husband

Usually for better salary/income a person should be well educated with relevant experience or have technical skill. But without it a person still can job but has to do a lot of raw rough jobs and HO don't care the title of job rather they just concerned about income threshold be met. Usually securit...

Re: Delaying rent of property until visa granted

It's a very good question because no one will want to waste rent and I think HO don't care about the rent payment rather what they might be concerned that the property is uncrowded and is fully arranged before the family arrive. Landlord letter is important but not sure how to get tenancy agreement.

Re: Salary query for spouse visa

HO don't care the pattern of working hours rather only concern with whether the required threshold met. If you are on fixed wages then the lower wages during the last 6 months will be used to calculate the annual wages. But if your wages vary each month then the average of last 6 months will be used...

Best is to transfer the number into your wife name which I think outside UK in most other countries is so easy maybe at nominal charges.

Re: fiancée Visa - Passport DoB error

No idea when and where problem can arise due to this error which I believe can be serious. Because usually date of birth and surname links with the sensitive data of an indivual. Usually when any document/passport/card an authority issues they always invite to have correction if something wrong.

Re: Spouse visa Further enquiries and HMRC checks

If HO suspects that there are discrepancies in tax matters then definitely can enquire from HMRC and hold the case until it's clears. Usually the communication between HO and HMRC is conducted in writing.

Re: Applying for Refused settlement visa application

Yes appealing process is very long in now a days but in your case appeal is better instead fresh application. Because even you apply a fresh application then HO more likely drag the issue of old application refusal into it. In other words in appeal you had to wash out that allegation of giving incor...

Re: spouse visa cancelled for no reason

Apart of mentioning the exact refusal wording by deleting your personal information also check who actually sent this letter; either HO or another agency which in past called capita used to send such letters. Whether visa still valid which I believe should be.
