Re: Spouse visa, currently in UK on Fiance visa

1. If your sponsor is not working for current employer from last 6 months then category B will come into play which requires the last 12 months payslips from current + previous employer and last 12 months bank statements. In my opinion the employer leter from previous employer is irrelevant which ca...

Re: 6 months bank statements

As obie said that visitor can't switch into spouse visa from inside country. And regarding overdraft if you are not using it towards savings to meet financial threshold but meeting by salaried/non salaried job then overdraft and other transaction entries on bank statement have no issue.

Re: New Application for uk spouse visa

Yes the savings over £16000 being held overseas but at an approved by financial authority in that country either the name of sponsor/joint/applicant can be acceptable but it must be held for at least 6 months. Re: spouse visa

Based on historic trend by June 2018 the application fee will likely be raised about two times. First rise may come in April 2017 and second in April 2018 especially in relation of application fee so you must plan & start saving from now and try to continously read this forum.

No you won't be refused for not earning the required income threshold as long as your sponsor (settled partner) is earning enough income and if you wish then can add your £16000+ savings.

Ask one of them who has sufficient area of accomodation to issue you a letter to accomodate you and family in property and can attach property documents like mortgage statement/deed poll/land registry etc (it's just to strengthen case). Also see accomodation size and it's suitability to avoid overcr...

Under category B you need to meet the income threshold by 2 days. First you must have earned the minimum income threshold of £18600 during the last 6 months from employment income instead self employment. Secondly your salaried job must yield the income threshold on application time or if non-salari...
