Pakistan allow dual nationality so in Pakistan if you have pakistani origin id card or pakistani passport then you will based on common sense be classed as pakistani citizen.

Re: Financial requirement needing to be met 3 separate times

Financial threshold requirement need to be met on two occasions such as initial application and second (extension) application but I think there is not yet any financial threshold requirement for ILR application. HO don't care as how many days/hour's you have to work except they only concerns about ...

Re: Biometric Residence Card New Documents

You are in wrong forum. But anyhow I think best would be to update HO with the latest job so that if HO need to contact then they contact the new employer instead previous one. And regarding passport request see below link: http://www.immigrationboards.com/eea-route-applications/passport-request-eea...

Re: i need help regarding uk spouse visa(pakistan)

Contact NADRA (the organization who issues pakistani ID cards to pakistani nationals) in Pakistan who will translate the Urdu version into English version and the same HO acknowledges too. I think they have urgent processing service too.

Re: Tenancy Agreement in Advance for spouse

1 bedroom flat is sufficient for one couple and if you both only will be living and the landlord/agency has no objection & confirming that then there won't be any need of property inspection report. Regarding address I believe that HO must know that people do change houses depending on their nee...

Re: Spouse Visa Cat B requirements

Your query is very hard but I think since the guideline doesn't have any example of salaried and non salaried together so I think combination of non salaried or combination of salaried jobs may only be permissible.

Re: Spouse visa BRP - National Insurance

I personally think you have just misunderstood. Because usually when a person starts working a paid job or actively seeking work then job center issues the national insurance number. And I think in subsequent extensions when on the form the applicants mention it's Nino number then it more likely be ...

Re: Employer Letter (Very Urgent)

I think if the payslips showing hourly rate payment then hourly rate should be mentioned on employer letter. Usually employer doesn't calculate 6 months gross wages where wages vary everymonth but no idea as how your employer did that. Anyhow give us update since you have asked in morning and now is...

Re: Spouse Visa Advice

You don't need solicitor as CROO1 said. CROO1 and CASA are best over spouse visa queries.
Mostly in Pakistan people translate Urdu nikkah nama from NADRA who offer such facility.

Re: Tax for Spouse Visa

Unless it's not deliberately done by employer then as i explained earlier that most often it happens due to change of tax code/circumstances. You can request your employment history and even can ask HMRC to give you in writing the time from when the tax underpayments has been arising.

A bonafide employer will always pay employees taxes regularly and I guess HO usually carry out its investigation over the authenticity of an employer if finds anything suspicion.

HO don't care about your paid holidays or bank holidays double wages rather they will only want to see that whether you meet the income threshold of £18600 via salaried/non salaried employment under category A/B. Don't be confused. If you are earning verifiable £25000 with bonafide employer then you should not worry about meeting financial threshold. Just ignore the expenses confusion which is irrelevant when meeting financial requirement through Category A/B
