Regardless of whether you pay or opt out pension scheme your employer must indicate your actual total gross salary, only net wages can cut down after pension reduction but gross salary must be shown before deductions such as income tax, nicontribution, pension etc.

(6months wages/6*12) that formula is for those whose wages vary each months, for example:
1000+1800+1900+1635+1225+2023= 9583/6*12=19166

that formula does not apply if your wages usually remains same then the lowest income of previous 6 months have to take.

I think [IELTS (all facets)
Life Skills] means that these are the tests available on such centre but depending on your type of visa you need to choose appropriate one. Better you wait until some Guru confirm it that you need to re-test again. But I think you need to retest.
