Re: Flr spouse visa denied. Help!

Caseworker's childish brain always gets puzzled. You should have indicated correctly on the form that you are using category A but non salaried and also should have written same in covering letter. Your refusal reason is that the caseworker assumed you as salaried person.

Re: Spouse Visa Application - Close

You are really in critical situation that your employment is just 1 month short while your wife visa is expiring in same time. Even your employer can give such favor but you both or nobody can beat to clock which HO follow. If you previously had worked more than 12 months then you can use category B...

Re: Dilemma of getting marry or just leave the country

While performing new romance you should keep in mind that as you are an overstayer so you are at great risk and anywhere if you get caught then can be deported with entry ban. Home office don't care about romance and that's why there is none of such immigration route on that basis. Best is to return...

Re: How to proof supporting documents were recieved by ho

In the past I have noticed that any letter sent to the HO which isnt Recorded delivery goes straight to the bin specially any extra communications that they require after the submission of main application. Your case sounds even more complicated :( All the best. I don't think they bin any letter in...

Re: Spouse visa and Payslips

Better to wait when you get payslips of 6 months/26 weeks even more then apply. And never expect that caseworker will calculate for you which they suppose to do but based on member experience on board they are very weak/lazy in doing so, so better you do that for them. And according to my guess sinc...

Hi, I was wondering if someone could clarify couple of things for me. I have last 6 months payslips but i get paid more than contracted hours every month because i work over time so my payslips never show the same amount. (my contracted hours do meet the required £18600 without any over time). you ...

Re: Spouse visa and Payslips

If your wages fluctuate by working overtime even you have permanent position then better opt category A non-salaried where your last six months wages average will be taken like total of 6 months wages/6×12. I think if you opt salaried under category A then your employer has to give a lot of clarific...

Maybe notarised copies by solicitor or certified copies by post office works. But I think letter come along with the news of ILRapproval may serve the purpose as well.

Re: How to proof supporting documents were recieved by ho

you must have the signature of the person who had received your documents earlier in home office department which you can use to prove as well that you had sent them the bundle. But still it would be bit difficult to prove that what had you sent to HO in that bundle.

It's a very good question. Although in home office checklist of documents they have mentioned clearly about accomodation that don't pay rent until visa approves but on other hand they ask about adequate accomodation. It's really confusing. See that guide here; https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati...

Re: Issues with spouse application

If you are giving example of per hour rate of £5.19 then that's fine. Otherwise no legal employment gives less than uk minimum wages rate which is currently £7.20. In my point of view even the difference is 3p then you should get its clarification written on employer letter plus your own covering le...

Re: Salary Error by employer (Help needed)

Non-salaried employment is like pay as you earn mostly run by single/multiple per hour wage rate which always varies. In that case as per common sense there shouldn't be any gross income figure unless the applicant's sponsor himself calculate it by using the formula of (6 months wages/6×12). 2ndly i...
