(I just made up the dates so that its a little less identifying)

So the date we pay the fee needs to be within the 3mth window (3 months or 90 days?)

I rang the service and they email me the answer to my question: " you should be able to work and/or study while your are in the uk under a tier 5 PBS Dependant visa"

It's the word "should" that worries me now!
