Re: ILR Eligibility Date

I guess you can apply on or after 1 st Jan 2019. As you can split 180 days into two years and you can request case worker to use discretion on this .as the new 180 days rolling period calculation is effective from 11 Jan 2018 and you got your visa on 2013. Lets wait for some more options from other...

Re: General Query on Tier 2 General ILR absence limit rule

Your employer might not file and pay for ILR but they can provide a letter stating your absences throughout the qualifying period were in.lieu of annual leave. It's pretty standard and I don't think printing an A4 sheet could be an issue. No reason they should refuse. You also need a letter certify...

Re: Tier 2 General to ILR - Application date, Continuous leave, and absences

1. Your eligibility date is 28 days from your date of entry (18/02/2014 minus 28 days). because you entered 90 days after your entry clearance.

2. for all the annual leaves, business trips outside UK you need a letter from employer.

Re: Tier 2 G to ILR - Exceeding 30 days absences in a 12 month period

I don't think you have an issue here. Because all the leaves are authorized and paid. and you are also getting letter from the employer. you should be fine with employer letter alone.

Re: Tier 2 general Maximum stay outside

Hello Vineeth,

I understand that you are going for more than 2 months outside UK. In that the case, is All are annual leaves ?or you are going to have any unpaid leaves ? because unpaid leaves more than 4 weeks will impact your ILR Application.

Will you get paid in UK salary during your trip ?
