Re: Unpaid leave mention in absence letter

From My perception, Separate letter will make your application looks complex. Just get everything in same letter as approved leaves. I am also having some unpaid leaves (12 days) and i got this in same letter as approved letter. Not specifically mentioned as unpaid as i don want to make my applicati...

There are no issues with unpaid leave .. Your unpaid leaves are less than 4 weeks.

Just get these leaves as part of your employer absence letter. u shud be fine.

And I am also having few days of unpaid leaves and i am going for ILR few days before ur's... will keep you posted

Re: T2 to ILR: No change in job role for 5 years

If your salary has been increased as part of annual salary review and most of your company employees have got salary increase due to annual salary review then this shoul...

Re: P60 still needed? T2 > ILR

Nope... P60 is not mandatory.. But it's good to have as a optional document... Carry it with you but submit only if case worker asks for it.

If you dont have P60 get employment history or tax history from HMRC for last 5 years

Re: ILR No P60 or Employment Letter from my Previous Employer

As CR001 rightly said p60 is not mandatory .. But I heard few CW are asking for P60 even though its not a mandatory document.

Call HMRC and ask them to send you employment history and tax history for last 5 years. It will just take 2 working days to reach your address . You should be fine.

Re: Date on Employer letter

There is no specific guidelines about when the letter should be dated.

But it is recommended to get the letter within 30 days of your appointment date.
