My immigration advisor today said that to her knowledge she thinks only British children qualify for child benefits and asked me what grounds did I think, I qualified for it. I am quite confused now ! Could she be wrong here ?

Hi
I got my British nationality in September 2019 and started claiming my child benefit (who is on Tier 2 dependent Visa)from November 2019. I am now applying for her ILR. Will this have impact on her application?
Any lead or advice would be welcome.

Hi after their initial dependent visa expired, I had renewed the visa for both my wife and daughter in Jan 2019 , as my wife was still in UK. But 2 months after my wife got her Visa she has to leave to India So last 2 years, my daughter has been with me. I became a British citizen in September 2019.

OMG !! Will that mean both the reference are pointless ?? Because both these doctors applied for naturalisation and used their friends who were again doctors for reference and was approved. :roll:
