I would like to know how can a stamp 4 holder apply for his non eu spouse visa in Ireland, If anyone knows something about it, please explain here.
Which visa category will he apply and what documents he needs to apply for his non eu spouse

Hello,
It's a very rare question,
Unfortunately one of my friend has lost his Eu family stamp 4 approval letter and some other important documents, now what should he do to get another letter from DOJ.
If anyone know the method or been in same situation plz share

hi, your brother has to be dependent on you financially or medically etc. i don,t know much about it, but you have to send money direct to your brother bank account, you will have to prove that you are the household member, like home documents on your name, any bill on your name and your brother nam...

I see references to “Working” and “Self-Employed”, how would the Surinder-Singh route work for a pensioner British person who will enjoy his treaty rights in Ireland... will he has to work or be self employed in Ireland for go back to UK to use surinder singh route after getting IE EUfamily residenc...

right thanks... so sub visa category will be "Family members of EU/EEA swiss citizens" and in "Visa Application Fee Exemption" will i have to select not applicable???
