Re: Anyone got TEMPORARY 6 months STAMP 4 recently??

Hi guys, I received the original documents and a letter asking for more documents (PRTB letter, marriage certificate) to be submitted within 15 days. But it doesn't mention anything about getting a temporary GNIB in the letter. So I still couldn't get the temporary GNIB? Would they send me another ...

Re: Anyone got TEMPORARY 6 months STAMP 4 recently??

I sent them 2 emails. First one stating there was no reference for me to get the temporary stamp 4. ...

Re: Anyone got TEMPORARY 6 months STAMP 4 recently??

Guys, I went to the local Garda station with my wife this morning and the registration was super quick. Her fingerprint was taken and GNIB card will be ready for pick up next week. The immigration officer stamped her passport with APRIL 17 as the expiry date. I have also emailed PRTB to find out ho...

Re: Anyone got TEMPORARY 6 months STAMP 4 recently??

Hi there, Did you not send them your marriage certificate when you made your application, if not i guess your application is neither accepted nor refused, they just want to see your proof of relationship with your partner and then they will be able to send you a letter to register yourself with gni...

Re: What are the Requirements to register with GNIB?

Hi MsLulu, No I didn't get temporary with this letter because the GNIB officer said they need a letter from INIS stating that they allowed us to remain in the state so I contacted the Department of Justice and they send me the letter in couple of days to register and finally I got the temporary :) ...

Re: Is PRTB still compulsory

Well, it is! Sounds like a joke but it is. A friend of mine had to seek for advise with Solvit, because they wanted to refuse her visa because she didn't give the PRTB letter. Solvit helped her on getting the visa, because they just can't do this. Good to hear this. I heard Solvit takes many weeks ...

Re: Landlord will not register with the PRTB, EU1 Applicatio

I heard that if the landlord lives in the same house then PRTB registration is not needed. Otherwise PRTB letter is essential. Have you got your Stamp 4 EUFam? I applied for EU1 and still waiting. What do you think if living in a sharing house? still landlord letter would be okay for the EU1? If th...

Re: Landlord will not register with the PRTB, EU1 Applicatio

I heard PRTB letter is not essential for EU Treaty Rights application for Stamp 4 EUFam. A letter from the landlord or co-tenant along with a utility bill is sufficient We have a tenancy agreement but the landlord will not register with he PRTB. What to do? I don't know if I should attach a ...
