yeas thats true, infact these 6 months should be taken during december to january and when u come back from holiday u should have atleast 6000 quids to show ..how does that sound I have heard that once you obtained the HSMP approval, you must stay continously in UK for 5 years and not been OUT OF TH...

I was thinking whether new rule also apply when I will plly for ILR.. i will be applying for ILR in june 2010...however its bit far but very necessary to start preparation. I am thinking to do further studies just to enhance my points
