Please advice. My Parents are in Pakistan. I have got Permanent Residence status as I my wife is EU citizen. Can I apply for my Parents joining EU family in uk? or how should I apply for them which will be easy and best option? Please advice.

No, you cant apply with her. You need to hit your own 5 years to qualify.
