Thank you very much for information guys, does employer has to carry out RLMT (many ppl says employer doesn't have to as he did passed his batchlor here) but it's very Confusing as he switching middle of his masters. Can you guys please advise re this?

Thank you very much for ur reply. She was on T4 Dependent Previously. She tried so hard to find new sponsor but no luck yet. Can she switch to T4, do you know any one who can help her to get admission?

I'm planing to go on holiday for 4 weeks and just wanted to know do i have to take a letter from employer (Leave Approval Letter). And is it going to be a problem if i take 4 weeks in one go? any sample letters if you guys have?

Hi All,

I checked every single word and it doesn't say you have to inform HO within 10 days. (I know its better to Inform ASAP) does anyone know timescale for this? , we changed out Company head office and we informed them within 28 days. Request still pending and we sent documentation already.

I cant really suggest anything about Licence point of view. i think its really depends on officer. Did officer speak to ur BDM on same day or he only spoke to your chef? Also its only key personnel and no LEVEL 1 USER? i would say its better if you speak to a good solicitor before they come for a se...

when they arrived who was at the site? Don't you have a level 1 user who can access the system and speak behalf of key personnel, Because most of the day to day checks carried out by level 1 user and he/she can speak to UKBA officer when they come for compliance.
