Many thanks for the quick response. - Would she qualify to apply for ILR on 22-02-2019, i.e. 5 years in the UK? Would it be a problem that she entered a the UK on 30-03-2014? Yes that should be fine. The maximum is 12 months, there is no minimum e.g. you can earn 35K from one single contract in 1 month so you qualified for the points.
